Payment turms - 100% of advance payment for booking.
Tour Cancellation Policy -
130 days before departure – 25% of total cost retained. 29 – 19 days before departure – 50% of total cost retained.
Less than 19 days before the departure – 100% of the cost retained.
If the trip gets cancelled from our side on the grounds that we have received less/few travellers, all the amount transferred to us (including the Booking Amount) will be refunded.
No further sum of money will be refunded (Air Flight Cancellation charges etc.,)
If a fully booked trip gets cancelled owing to geo-political issues, extreme weather conditions, pandemic situation (announcement of lockdown) or if a traveller tests covid positive prior to the trip, in that case, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
If a traveller wishes to cancel the trip last minute (Covid/ Pandemic Situation), in spite of testing negative, there will absolutely be no refund.
